Orders are estimated to be delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of order (excluding weekends). International orders ship within 5 to 7 business days and may take up to 14 business days to deliver depending on shipping service.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have 30 days to return or exchange an item.
To return or exchange items request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
Telejammer accepts returns of unworn, unwashed and defective merchandise within 30days of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them; any signs of wear will not be accepted for return or exchange. When trying on your new purchase, we ask that you please avoid wearing essential oils or strong fragrances and/or hugging your furry friends. This permeates the garments and renders them unsellable. Items returned to us–unless received defective or damaged– must be in re-sellable condition to be eligible for credit.
We want you to be 100% stoked on your purchase, and encourage you to try on your garments at home to ensure a great fit. We adhere to strict health and sanitation protocol in our warehouse so you can feel safe when trying on the pieces you receive from us. If you still decide to wash garments before trying them on, unfortunately we can no longer accept them for return or exchange. We appreciate your understanding!
