(1) Personal Information
All your private data is handled according to our privacy notice and never in any other way. However, additional docs which can confirm your identity will be required if any of your orders will look suspicious to us. As a document that can be required to confirm your identity you can use photocopy of your driver’s license, passport and even electricity bill.
(2) Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards(NOW ONLY ACCEPT MASTER CARD AND JCB CARD ). In addition we accept all types of Bank Transfers and electronic payments (Western Union, Money Gram, etc.). (3) Returns & Refunds
If the product you have ordered was delivered to you and it is damaged, you have a right to return it to our company within 14 days and get a full refund or receive another unit of the same type instead of this one. There is no restocking fee for you if our product returns to us within those 14 days. Please note that we are not able to refund your shipping expenses in order to send the product back to our factory, however if you contact us prior to this we will definitely recommend you the most effective way to send it back to us.
As long as we can easily make all refunds with no actions required to be made by you, we would like you never initiate chargebacks because they ruin our reputation. Due to those chargebacks we will have to contact your local authorities if you initiate any chargeback without letting us know about it. Please, do not make chargebacks, simply contact us at any issue and we will definitely make a full refund or send you the similar device. Any technical problems connected to the accessories of your device like antennas or other parts are solved by the team of our technicians by sending you the new accessories for free.
(4) Shipping Information
The product you have ordered will be sent by air post or USPS ,it will take about 10-25days to most country. if you need DHL and EMS ,please contact us for add shipping fee. You can also make a request to get the tracking number from us. Approximately 2-3 days are needed for your shipments to be executed. We are doing all we can to make sure that device you ordered will be brought to your door but we cannot guarantee that there will be problems at customs because at some countries of the world our products are forbidden to use or even own.
As our customer, you purchase any of our products and accept all responsibility for understanding and adhering to all requirements and limitations of the usage or resale of any our products in keeping with laws and regulations of your country.
